Welcome To Facilify

Our original digital facilities manual was developed in the mid 2000’s in support of Turner Construction and their client turnover dilemma.  Turner wanted to provide its customers a better hand off process from construction completion to occupancy on any new or renovated building.   Facilify transforms this handoff from a traditional, seldom used, paper or unstructured electronic Operations and Maintenance Manual to a more fluid, usable, online, facility focused digital asset repository.

Over the last ten plus years, Facilify has grown into a comprehensive, COBie enabled, living and breathing digital facilities manual Facility Managers use to manage their buildings and campuses. Our digital facilities manuals support over $9 billion in assets across the globe ranging from Data Centers and Healthcare campuses to Universities and MLB Ballparks.

Our team brings experience from a number of backgrounds, including facilities management, construction, engineering, and information technology, but they share a common passion for innovation, and helping clients run their buildings smarter and more efficiently.

The US Patent and Trademark office awarded us Patent #8195723 Document Management System for Building Maintenance and Operational Documents, in recognition of the innovative way our digital facilities manual organizes data and documents, with the needs of the facilities manager in mind.  Facilify® is our newest generation of digital facilities manual, delivering the benefits our clients demand, along with the advantages of enhanced scalability, security, and collaboration, in a secure cloud environment.

In early 2015, Facilify was acquired by Ascendum Solutions, LLC., a global IT Solutions provider.  Ascendum plans to continue the legacy of fantastic customer service as well as leverage its proprietary tools  to quickly extend capabilities and improve performance.
